Netherlands Pirate Party started a lawsuit against the anti-piracy organization

Pirates of the Netherlands anti-piracy organization called such action “a violation of human rights.

Pirate Party of the Netherlands started a lawsuit against the anti-piracy organization BREIN to try to repeal the court's decision, according to which the parties must disable the proxy server that provides users with access to file sharing service The Pirate Bay. It is reported by TorrentFreak.

Pirate Party accuses BREIN in the "legal harassment" and violation of human rights. Pirates of the Netherlands require that access to The Pirate Bay has been opened.

It should be noted that the work of the proxy server was started after this January by the court disabled users access to The Pirate Bay.

After that, the site of the Netherlands Pirate Party published a list of services that let subscribers use the XS4ALL and Ziggo The Pirate Bay. On April 15 BREIN, in turn, required to remove the link from the site. As a result, the Dutch pirates sued the organization.

Internet must be under the control

There was a day in November branded as “American Censorship Day” , it is a day of opposing current legislation in Senate and the House of Representatives which is supposed to represent Internet control.

HR 3261 content more known as Stop online Piracy Act (SOPA) aims to “eliminating the financial incentive of stealing mental property on-line” , it makes possible to cease advertisers from providing money to some domain names hosting illegal material according to copyright laws.

The bill also states that if a site does not provide any attempts for taking down infringing materials, Internet service such as time warner or AT&T is able to give blocking for some users from visiting websites.

Going Dark, part 1. or How to unlock blocked websites if SOPA (or similar act in the future) is to come.

• You can be a part of huge growing community or even a volunteer that helps others.
• It's a necessity if you're suddenly out of options and SOPA (or similar passed act) came.

Cons:

• The network access is somewhat slow, and depending on the relay you chose to access (you can always change it in seconds) it can be REALLY slow.
• ISPs can always ban the relay part and you'll not access the “outter” Internet (the one that you're reading this article on).
• The concept may be confusing for newcomers, but with the available guides with screenshots that shouldn't be a problem.
